Member Tip of the Week: As you pull up to the dock in your power boat, please respect the swimmers on the other side of the dock. Do not leave your engine idling. Try to pick up and drop off at the end of the dock where we have less swimmers in the water. We appreciate your help in making our beach club a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.

Monday mornings, 6-7am, July 13, 20, 27.
Description: This class will include running and/or walking, strength conditioning with resistance tubing /weights for upper and lower body in a circuit-training format. The primary focus of the class is to burn fat/build muscle the entire 60 min while conditioning the overall body. Bring your suit, if you wish for an optional swim cool down. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!
Equipment needed: 3-8lb weights/mat/water

Free Stand-Up Paddleboarding Lessons
Are you interested in learning how to use the stand-up paddleboards? Member Lynda Firey-Oldroyd will be volunteering her time on Sundays at 9:30am to coach people on the basics like how and where to stand on the board, how to adjust the paddle to the right height, how to paddle, and more. Please come join her Sunday mornings if you would like.
Each Junior Fleet Member receives a Rainbow wrist band when they join the fleet. It’s a fun way to look for friends that may be interested in swimming laps together! Bands are handed out at the Guard Shack. Following are the bands that are awarded by laps:
LBC Junior Fleet Wrist Bands
Purple: 15 Laps
Green: 25 Laps
Red: 50 Laps
Blue: 75 Laps
Rainbow: All Junior Fleet members will receive a Rainbow wristband when they sign-up!
